500 MHz ADC


Used for wideband and high frequency harmonic signals discretization and quantizing and further registered values transfer in PC via USB.


Transformer consists of ADC, based on special microchip, reference frequency forming unit, synchronizing unit, data format transform unit, buffer storage and control unit. Realized in 2 printed circuit card connected by vertical interplane connection. There is a possibility of transformer and external universal time system signals synchronizing.

Fast analog-to-digital converter

Transformer testing program works in Windows operating system and provide its performance check. It shows all estimates progression of analog signal registered values and only part of it, consists of 128 values in two graphics windows. 128 values view area beginning is placed by mouse pointer.
